HACCP

What is HACCP?

Food safety control system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, HACCP) is a system that manages the process of food raw material acceptance, processing, manufacturing, storage and transportation. It is used to prevent and control food safety hazards. Food safety control methods.

The HACCP system originated from the Apollo space development program in the United States in the 1960s. It was jointly developed by NASA, the US Army NATICK Institute of Technology, and PILLSBURY Food Company to ensure that the food provided to astronauts will not be contaminated by food pathogens. Therefore, we have worked out a food manufacturing management method to ensure safety.
